Beautiful Debbie was adopted from Carolina Waterfowl Rescue and had been found along the side of the road in January of 2024, having likely escaped a transport truck or turkey farm. Debbie was named in memory of Debbie Kramer, a dear friend to Rosie’s and a compassionate animal activist and advocate for many decades. Debbie loves her turkey sister, Gloria, and follows her wherever she goes, making the sweetest sounds. She also loves all of her potbelly pig friends, and is gaining confidence every day.
